Grand Lakes Pina Colada.
INGREDIENTS: Serves 8
- Cruzan Light Rum
- Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
- 1 can of Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- Myer’s Dark Rum
- Strawberry sorbet
- Crushed Ice
Now Cook:
1. Stir the Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut in a jug and place in fridge.
2. Fill a glass with crushed ice.
2. Add 4oz of cream of cocunut and 4oz of pineapple juice. Add 1oz Cruzan Light Rum, 1oz Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum and Stir.
3. Add a scoop of Strawberry Sorbet and gently add to the drink.
4. Then add 1oz Myer’s Dark Rum float on top.
5. This creates a light, strawberry, dark colored layered drink. Serve with a straw
