Cheesecake.
Easy to make, even the day before.
INGREDIENTS: Serves 8

Crust
- 1 cup honey Graham cracker
- 2tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter Filling
- 1lb Philidelphia Cream Chees (2 8oz packages) at room temperature
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar Topping
- Pint of sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Cherry or Blueberry Pie filling
- 1/3 cup sugar
Now Cook:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Combine crust ingredients and press into a greased free form pan.
3. Add all ingredients for filling except egg whites. Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat combined mixture until smooth.
4. Fold eggwhites into filling.
5. Pour filling over crust and put in oven for 25 minutes.
6. Let cool for 30 minutes.
7. Combine topping ingredients except for pie filling.
8. Pour over cooled cheese filling and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
9. When cooled refrigerate. When ready to serve, top with pie filling.
